|PLEASE NOTE: If you are an attorney and have registered for
Attorney Online Services or
NYSCEF (e-Filing), you now have
an eTrack account that uses your Attorney Registration number as your Username.
To access this account, log in on the eTrack Login page with your
Attorney Registration number and whatever password you selected for your Attorney Online Services account.
Forgot your Username or Password? To reset your eTrack password, please use the
Forgot Username/Password link on the
eTrack Login page. If you select “Reset by UCS Account Email Address”
an email will be sent to the email address associated with your account, which will contain your Username,
and a link to use to reset your Password. Please follow the instructions in the email promptly.
Did not receive a confirmation or other email notification? Check your junk email box or SPAM filter.
eTrack notifications come from “firstname.lastname@example.org”. Some mail servers may block “no-reply” addresses,
or treat them as junk email.
Do not know how to add/delete cases or email addresses to your eTrack account? Answers to these questions,
plus how to set your preferences for receiving Appearance Reminder and Case Update notifications can be found in the
eTrack User Guide and the eTrack FAQ pages.
Does your address or other information appear incorrect in eTrack notifications? Please contact the
court directly, as it is the staff of a specific court that enters
the data into the system, and each court maintains its own dictionary of attorney/firm information. eCourts is unable to make the changes.
Did you receive an error message containing “javax.crypto”? Then you are probably using a link that points to
an individual case or screen. For security reasons, these links expire. Use one of the links in the left menu to search for your case.
If you are unable to access your eTrack account, or have received an error message that you do not understand, please submit an
email describing your problem. Include your eTrack Username
and the email address associated with your account.
