Cannot log in? Be sure that you are logging in on the correct login page. Your eTrack account is not the same as your Attorney Online Services (Attorney Registration) account or your NYSCEF (Electronic Filing) account. eTrack does NOT use your Attorney Registration number as your username.

Forgot your password or username? To reset your eTrack password, please use this link: Forgotten User ID / Password. If you select “Reset by UCS Account Username” you will be asked to answer your challenge question or have the option of resetting by email. If you select “Reset by UCS Account Email Address” an email will be sent to the email address associated with your account, which will contain a link to use to reset your password. Be sure to follow the instructions in the email promptly, as the link expires in 24 hours.

Did not receive a Password Reset or Confirmation email? Check your junk email box or SPAM filter.
