NYSCEF Announcements

  1. "Pay at Court" payment option
Filers in electronically filed cases will no longer be able to pay filing fees by submission of payment in person at the office of the County Clerk.

Effective 8/1/2011: New York County Supreme Court
Effective 9/1/2011: Kings County Supreme Court

The "pay at court" option in NYSCEF will be deactivated in those counties listed above, on the date indicated. Thereafter County Clerk's Offices in those counties will only accept payment online via NYSCEF by means of a credit card or bank card bearing a Visa or Mastercard logo.

It is expected that in the near future the County Clerk of each county will also be in a position to accept payment of fees online via NYSCEF by American Express credit card. An additional e-check option for payment is also being considered.
