"Pay at Court" payment option Filers in electronically filed cases will no longer be able to pay
filing fees by submission of payment in person at the office of the County Clerk.
Effective 8/1/2011: New York County Supreme Court
Effective 9/1/2011: Kings County Supreme Court
The "pay at court" option in NYSCEF will be deactivated in those counties
listed above, on the date indicated. Thereafter County Clerk's Offices in those counties will only accept
payment online via NYSCEF by means of a credit card or bank card bearing a Visa or Mastercard logo.
It is expected that in the near future the County Clerk of each county will also be in a position to accept
payment of fees online via NYSCEF by American Express credit card. An additional e-check option for payment
is also being considered.
Certain EFilings Mandatory in Queens County Supreme Court Pursuant to Administrative Order - Effective March 31, 2014 E-Filing is Mandatory in Queens County Supreme Court for all newly commenced Medical malpractice actions.

Certain EFilings Mandatory in Suffolk County Supreme Court Pursuant to Administrative Order - Effective March 31, 2014
E-Filing is Mandatory in Suffolk County Supreme Court for newly commenced RPTL §730 proceedings and Foreclosures actions.
This in addition to the previously Ordered Mandatory E-Filing of Commercial Division matters(commercial cases as defined in 22NYCRR §§202.70(a),(b),and(c)),and medical, dental, and podiatric malpractice actions.
