Certain EFilings Mandatory in Suffolk County Supreme Court Pursuant to Administrative Order - Effective March 31, 2014 E-Filing is Mandatory in Suffolk County Supreme Court for newly commenced RPTL 730 proceedings and Foreclosures actions. This in addition to the previously Ordered Mandatory E-Filing of Commercial Division matters(commercial cases as defined in 22NYCRR 202.70(a),(b),and(c)),and medical, dental, and podiatric malpractice actions.
