NOTE: NYSCEF has both a Live system and a Training system. Each system requires you to register and obtain a distinct User ID and Password.


Dutchess County Surrogate Court-CLE In anticipation of consensual EFiling in Dutchess County Surrogate Court starting in January 2017, Dutchess County Surrogate Court and the NYSCEF Resource Center are offering (2) FREE two-hour CLE Training Sessions on Wednesday, January 4th,2017 from 10am to 12 noon and the afternoon session from 2:00pm to 4:00pm, These sessions are being held at the Dutchess County Family Courthouse. Onondaga Surrogate Court Mandatory E-filing -CLE In anticipation of the commencement of MANDATORY e-filing in Onondaga County Surrogate Court in January 2017 the Onondaga County Bar Association, Onondaga Surrogate Court and the NYSCEF Resource Center are sponsoring a FREE two-hour CLE Training Session on Thursday, January 12th from 2:00pm - 4:00pm at the Onondaga County Courthouse.
